From day one, we became authorized dealers for Milgard and Andersen — two of the most trusted names in windows and doors — and that partnership has been the foundation of our business ever since.
In 2018, we expanded our Bothell presence by acquiring Intermountain Glass, a well-established local glazier whose original owner decided to retire. That acquisition brought new expertise, an established customer base, and deepened roots in the Eastside community we already served.
We're also proud to be the sole authorized installation partner of McLendon Hardware, one of the Pacific Northwest's most iconic home improvement retailers. Operating as McLendon Home Services, our team handles professional installation for McLendon customers across the region — covering windows, doors, decks, and more with the same certified crews and warranty-backed workmanship we bring to every Emerald City Energy project.
